Abstract

Main goal of the diploma work, which is focused on human resources in organization, was to analyze progresses, ways and methods of personal procedures in the HELLA Group considering the recession. Based on the study of company‘s documentation, which were print of in the first part of analytic work out, I came to conclusion, that affected procedures in HELLA Group works according to theoretical basis, concretely by combination the most suitable methods in dependence on the structure of employees. I implemented comparison solution of impact financial recession with accesses of informant of Association AI from area of part production for automotive industry, by long time monitoring of company’s procedures and analyzing of internal data, as well. According to evaluation were every single defined areas of solution, consisting in the change of employment rate, decreasing of wage resources, partial unemployment, change or account working time and exploitation donation of the state and EU, in the HELLA Group applied.
