Podnikání zahraničních osob na území České republiky podle živnostenského zákona

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the conditions and particular possibilities which the foreign persons in Czech Republic have got according to trade Act. The emphasis is placed mainly on obtaining a trade license by foreign persons, which is needed to operate the selected business. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the trade business to its current form. There is a basic legislation according to which the skilled trade was controlled in the past and under which legislation is governed nowadays. The basic conditions are described simultaneously which must be fulfilled by these persons. The practical part is devoted to specific types of foreign entities and how these persons become the holders of the trading license itself. The attention is paid to the activities of trade offices and to their procedures for notification of the trade or applying for a license. Statistical data and their subsequent evaluation are part of this chapter as well.
