Abstract

A diploma thesis considers the value determination of a selected company. Except for the Introduction and Conclusion, the thesis consists of three parts. The first part concentrates on basic terminology from the area of valuation and the introduction of basic company valuation methods. The company is introduced in the second part of the thesis and the third part describes the valuation of company equity through discounted cash flow method. Cash flows are estimated through the Monte Carlo simulation method. Microsoft Excel is used for the determination of the company value. The result of the thesis is the calculated company value on 1st January 2020.
