Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with problem of salaries in the selected business company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of basic concepts relating to labor relations, employee compensation, supplements to wages, payroll deductions and payroll accounting. The practical part is focused on the application of theoretical knowledge on selected business company.
