Abstract
Thesis the reconstruction concept dealing with construction of the guesthouse linked with the agricultural tourism is elaborated. The project is elaborated in the low-energy standard for building permission. The objekts will be used for accommodation, social gatherings and animal husbandry.
The location of the building offers the solar collectors and barrier-layer photocells placement on the roofs of the objects.
