Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the economic evaluation of thermal insulation
of school canteen and school clubs in the village Novosedlice. In the introductory part
of the work is described rated building, including heating and energy consumption
for this heating system. In the theoretical part are defined terms from the investment
and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investment. In the practical part of the work are set to invest capital expenditures, anticipated cash receipts from the investment
and the discount rate represents the minimum required return on investment. Based
on these data is carried out self-evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment. Finally, suggestions are given and recommendations to implement the comprehensive thermal insulation of school canteen and school clubs in the village Novosedlice.
