Abstract
The master degree thesis called "Marketing Strategy of Selected Industrial Company" is focused on marketing analysis company DEVA F-M. Ltd. On the basis of marketing analysis identify gaps, that affect the functioning of the entire company and which also cause significant complications. Work will subsequently focus on suggestions on possible ways to solution the problems which were identified. Suggestions and recommendations are applied to the current time where the biggest role are based on information and communication technologies. The aim of the work is to identify serious deficiencies that are subsequently eliminated in order to achieve better results.
