Hospodaření obcí Bystřice, Vendryně a města Jablunkov

Abstract

The content of the paper is a description of the operation and financial management of municipalities in the Czech Republic, the economic evaluation of the three selected municipalities: Bystřice nad Olší, Jablunkova and Vendryně in 2006 - 2010. These municipalities were selected because they have much in common: they include the district of Frýdek- Místek, lies in the Moravskoslezský region, but in particular are comparable in terms of population and geographically. The paper compares the income of municipalities by type classification of budget tracks, spending in particular areas: spending on transport, water management, education, the expenditure on culture and sport. From the management municipal of community is also important in regulation of municipal debt, which is marginally in the thesis mentioned.
