Abstract

JONÁŠOVÁ, M. Input Risk Assessment in a Newly Opened Brewery for Ensuring the Occupational Safety and Health of Employees. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to carry out a risk assessment input, which may have negative impact on the life and healtht of employees, in the new opened family brewery and devise a plan for their treatment. The theoretical part provides overview of the issues the assessment of risks. In the practical part was made collection of information about the operation, which was the starting point for subsequent risk identification. Risk identification was performed using methods checklist. Identified risks were described and described thein results. Based on thein evaluation of the measures proposed.
