Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on the production of steel-making molds of various materials that can be used in their production. Chill mold and chill equipment form a significant part of the cost steelworks. The thesis compares a production cost standard made steel mold with the cost of potentially possible production of iron mold from iron with flake graphite and spheroidal graphite.
