Porovnání stávajících VKG svodových systémů a možnosti vzájemné transformace

Abstract

The theoretical part of this master thesis is dedicated to the cardiovascular system. Attention is paid mostly to the methods of electrical activity measurement and the importance of the heart curve. The thesis further examines the issue of vector cardiography, including possibilities of transformation of electrocardiogram into vector cardiographic projections. The empirical part of the thesis studies the design and implementation of the transformation methods on the electrocardiogram. The main focus of the thesis is the evaluation of individual transformation methods, both by calculation of deviations and graphical analysis. Using computational results and graphical analysis, the results of individual vector cardiography planes are evaluated. The final part of the thesis deals with the comparison of the results of physiological and pathological patient records.
