Abstract

Bachelor work considers evaluation of control state and inventory structure of WELT SERVIS spol. s r.o. company. Teoretical part is devoted to explanation of logistics basic concepts directly aimed on inventory, description of methods used for inventory management and definition of values connected to inventory. Practical part is focused on inventory analysis, evaluation of actual status of control state and inventory structure in the company. Based on acquired information are proposed recommendation for modification of inventory structure and proposed suitable order systems.
