Matriční informační systém pro farnosti ve Slovenské Republice

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of an information system for Slovak parishes, whose main task is processing of registry data. It is based on outdated unprofessional solution, which will be replaced by this system.

In addition to the introduction and insight into the domain of Christianity, thesis is divided into chapters, which represents phases of life cycle of information system development from analysis to deployment. In the conclusion, the achieved results and the vision of future development are evaluated.

The resulting system is available as multiplatform desktop application built on JavaFX platform and web application built on JSF specification. Derby database system is used to store data.
