Změna extremistické scény v Plzeňském kraji po vypuknutí války na Ukrajině.

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of changes in the extremist scene in the Pilsen Region after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine in February 2022. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether and to what extent there has been a transformation of extremist attitudes, manifestations and the internal organization of extremist movements in the given region. The theoretical part reflects the definition of the term extremism, its directions and the current extremist scene in the Czech Republic with a focus on the Pilsen region. The practical part is based on the analysis of existing data sources and a quantitative questionnaire survey carried out in the Pilsen region. Based on the data obtained, the impact of the war in Ukraine on the development of extremist manifestations and opinions of a selected group of respondents is interpreted.
