Analýza daně z nemovitostí v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje informace o dani z nemovitostí v České republice, jak ze souhrnného pohledu, tak i konkrétního. Úvodní část pojednává o historii a rozpočtovém určení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na českou daň z nemovitostí, dále se z praktického hlediska zaměřuje na výpočet a následuje srovnání se zahraničím. Závěrem je celkové zhodnocení tématu.

This thesis contains informations of Property Tax in the Czech Republic, both from the general perspective and specific. Introductory section deals with the history and budget determination. The theoretical part focuses on the Czech real estate tax, also from a practical point of view focuses on the following calculation and comparison with other countries. Finally, the overall assessment of the topic.
