Abstract
In this thesis „The Wastewater Treatment in Sugar Refinery Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou“, I describe cleaninig of wastewater in a sugar refinery. It is ment the water treatment of sewerage and disposal of industrial wastewater. Following, I characterize food-processing-industry´s wastewater and the mentioned refinery, in which the cleaning occures.
The main part is focused on monitoring of separate parameters of organic contamination.
