Abstract
My thesis deals with corporate strategies and its impact on business profitability. For the dissertation has been chosen company Zebra Systems Ltd. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the current market, internal and external environment of the company. The current situation of the company will be analyzed using PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SPACE analysis, profitability indicators and EVA. Based on the above-mentioned analysis I will try to give recommendations that will lead to improvement of corporate strategies and especially their impacts on profitability.
