Abstract

TAŠLOVÁ, Johana. Implementation of measures of population protection units of the volunteer firefighters. [Diploma thesis]. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2015. 88 p. Diploma thesis deals with the possibility of predestination unit voluntary municipal fire brigade to protect the population. The first part defines the theoretical framework, legislation and current status. The second part deals with measures to protect the population, the analysis of the nationwide survey in this area, analysis of forces and means of voluntary fire brigade units of municipalities in the South Moravian Region and evaluation exercises and interventions effected within the region. The third part contains a proposal for a multi-criteria analysis for the selection of respective units, process design training members of the teams and draft material equipment on the units.
