Automatická konfigurace síťových zařízení pomocí NETCONF

Abstract

In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the automatic configuration, the NETCONF protocol and the YANG data model, which is very closely related to the NETCONF protocol, are described first. In the practical part of the thesis, four examples of using the NETCONF protocol to configure Cisco and Huawei network devices are implemented. The demonstrations are as follows - interface configuration, OSPF routing protocol configuration, MPLS backbone network configuration, and redundancy using VRRP configuration. For each of the demonstrations, a script is first created in Python using ncclient library and then the functionality of the script is verified on the designed networks. At the end of the paper, a comparison is made between the use of NETCONF protocol on Cisco and Huawei devices.
