The content of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the technological process for the implementation of the foundation structures and the preparation of the project documentation for the building permit of the residential building located in the cadastral area Dolný Kubín according to the decree no. 405/2017 Coll. [2] amending decree no. 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation, [3] which includes a technical report and a drawing section. Another part of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the timetable of the foundation structure and the item budget of the foundation structures.

The residential building is designed as a stand-alone building consisting of three above-ground floors and one underground floor. The foundation strips of the building are designed from plain concrete, supplemented with a base concrete reinforced with KARI mesh. The overall finish of the object is secured by a flat roof.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a reliable foundation structure for an apartment building.
