Abstract

In the bachelor thesis „Setting up a Limited Company and Business Plan“ a specific processed business plan for setting up a restaurant in a building that was inherited by three subjects is presented. The theoretical part summarizes basic information on the business plan, its content and structure. The practical part consists of setting up of the business plan and risk evaluation in a small and medium company.
