Abstract

The thesis deals with preparation of a business plan for establishment of a private kindergarten named Ladybird at Ostrava-Hrabůvka. Selection of this type of entrepreneurship is a reaction to the market gap in the field of provision of kindergarten services. The thesis sums up theoretical preconditions for preparation of a business plan. The practical part of the thesis suggests an entrepreneurship model with individual parts of the business plan formulated in great detail. The private kindergarten will be established as a limited liability company.
