Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis on „The Performance Evaluation of the Stock Company Based on the Balanced Scorecard” is to comprehensively evaluate business performance. The examined Printing Stock Company is engaged in all types of bookbinding. The theoretical part describes basic definitions of the business performance and also explains complexly the method of Balanced Scorecard. The practical part deals with applying this method to the performance evaluation. In the end of the work are elaborated specific proposals and recommendations to enhance the performance of the Stock Company and to achieve business goals.
