Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the organization of government in the Slovak Republic, which is primarily focused on the employment section. This issue is applied to a specific Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family in Čadca. The thesis aims to evaluate selected personnel and financial indicators arising from the exercise of government Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family during the reporting period 2008 - 2011. The theoretical part is to get acquainted with the organization and structure of public administration in the Slovak Republic. More precisely, the government pays the employment section. The practical part describes the territorial district Čadca circuit, and also concrete Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family in Čadca. It deals with economic analysis, which is primarily focused on spending in the years 2008 - 2011.
