Územní studie rozšíření areálu sportovních aktiv v centru obce Markvartovice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je v teoretické části definovat co je územní studie a její průběh schvalování a definovat postup zpracování. Dále v praktické části je úkolem na základě skutečného zadání zpracovat pro vymezenou lokalitu v obci Markvartovice územní studii pro rozšíření areálu sportovních aktiv. Během zpracování je vypracováno více než jedna varianta a následné vyhodnocení. Závěrem je doporučení vhodného návrhu k další realizaci záměru. Zadavateli je tak přiblížena možnost využití území.

The subject of the diploma thesis is in the theoretical part to define what is territorial study and its course of approval and to define the process of processing. In the practical part, it is the task, based on the actual assignment, to elaborate a territorial study of extending of the sports assets area for the designated location in the village of Markvartovice. More than one variation and following evaluation are developed during the processing. Finally, it is suggestion the appropriate proposal to further implement the plan. It is approximated to the possibility using of land to the investor.
