Zabezpečení domu seniorů prostředky technické ochrany objektů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením bezpečnostních rizik a navržením inovativního řešení ochrany konkrétního domova pro seniory. Úvod je zaměřen na právní předpisy a technické normy související s problematikou ochrany majetku. Následuje teoretická část objasňující základní druhy ochrany. Podrobněji uvádí prvky technické ochrany, která je pro celou práci stěžejní. Praktická část obsahuje popis aktuálního zabezpečení objektu a analýzu bezpečnostních rizik. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny dva inovativní návrhy zabezpečení objektu určené k minimalizaci nejzávažnějších rizik včetně ekonomického zhodnocení.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the evaluation of security risks and proposing innovative solutions to protect individual house of seniors. Introduction is focused on legislation and technical standards related to issues of property. Follows the theoretical part explaining the basic types of protection. Detail the elements of the technical protection, which is crucial for the whole thesis. The practical part contains a description of the security object and analyzing security risks. Finally there are the two innovative proposals security facility designed to minimize the most serious risks, including economic evaluation.
