Geometrický plán na oddelenie a určenie vlastníckych práv k nehnuteľnostiam

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo vyhotovenie geometrického plánu pre určenie vlastníckych práv k nehnuteľnostiam. Túto diplomovú prácu je možné rozdeliť na dve časti, a to teoretickú časť a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti som sa zaoberal znalosťami o geometrických plánoch a jeho súčastiach, od historického vývoja a tvorby plánu až po predloženie a overenie daného plánu. V praktickej časti sa venujem priamo vyhotoveniu geometrického plánu pre určenie vlastníckych práv k nehnuteľnostiam v katastrálnom území Čierne. V práci je stručne popísaný problém, kvôli ktorému vôbec zákazka vznikla, popis dotknutého územia a samotné vyhotovenie geometrického plánu od vyžiadania podkladov až po jeho overenie a odovzdanie objednávateľovi. Meranie prebehlo pomocou globálneho určovania polohy technológiou GNSS, presnejšie metódou RTK. Výsledok tejto diplomovej práce je uvedený v prílohách ako geometrický plán a záznam podrobného merania zmien so všetkými náležitosťami podľa platnej legislatívy.

The aim of this thesis was to create a survey sketch for the determination of real property rights. This thesis can be divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I deal with the knowledge of sketches and its components, from the historical development and the development of a plan to submit and verify that plan. The practical part is focused directly record the plat for the determination of real property rights in the administrative area Čierne. The thesis briefly describes problems that can not contract occurred, a description of the area and the very embodiment of a survey sketch by seeking the documents to the verification and delivery to the customer. This is measured using global positioning technology GNSS RTK accurate method. The result of this thesis is listed in the supplements like survey sketch and record detailed measurements of changes with all requirements under current legislation.
