Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about the Human Resource Management and the processes, that this area entails. The priority goal of the thesis is to develop propositions and measures that will lead to improving the current state, based on a detailed analysis of the current state of the Human Resource Managemenet in the company Bushman. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical section. It consists of five chapters; every chapter is divided into subsections according to their theoretical contents. The first chapter of the theoretical section defines theoretical points for the Human Resource Management. It characterizes primary points like the definition of HRM, primary goals, theories and models. The second chapter of the theoretical section defines various processes, that are part of the Human Resource Management. Then it defines measures that are defined as the ,,best practice“ for HRM. The first chapter of the practical section focuses on the introduction of the company Bushman and its primary values. The second chapter of the practical section focuses on detailed analysis of various processes in the area of HRM in the company Bushman and on the description of their functioning. The third chapter of the practical section focuses on creating propositions and measures for improving of the processes in the area of HRM in the company. Necessary information for the practical section were acquired by methods of observation and standardized structured interviews with the selected employees.
