Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the process of recruitment, selection and hiring of employees in a company Kaufland. The main aim is to analyze the process and to define suggestions for improvement. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of recruitment, selection and hiring of employees and then the process is examined using corporate documents, interviews and questionnaire survey. At the end of the bachelor thesis, the process is evaluated and suggestions and recommendations for its improvement are given.
