Abstract
The name of master thesis is Creation of Competency Models for Selected Job Positions in a Chosen Organization. The aim of this master thesis is creating of proposals of competency models for two job positions, which are Project Manager and Sales Representative, identify levels of competency of the job positions and suggest recommendations and possibilities of using the models. In theory part, the author deals with terminology regarding competences and competency models, their sorting and methods of measuring their levels and application. The practical part includes the creation of competency models for selected positions in the organization. The conclusion of this work contains proposals and recommendations regarding application of competency models in practice and sample creation of questionnaire of the 360-degree feedback, which is necessary for verification of the models.
