Posouzení investičního záměru

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor work is to judge the capital project of the NEDFORM, s.r.o. firm. The goal of my work is to pass judgement on the capital project and give a recommendation to a firm management. This project is zero in on purchase of a new machinery during the economic crisis. In my work I used this indicators: net present value, internal rate of return, payback period etc. I can say, that the relationship between the estimated costs of investment project and estimated returns and outputs of project is very good. Base on reached outcomes of all methods of economic effectiveness investigation, the project is economically acceptable , efficient and profitable. Thanks to financial analysis, I can judge the level of present financial situation of company globally, I can also judge the incoming finacial situation in future and make provisions to improve economical situation of company and ensure the future prosperity of company. I used a lot of ratio indicators to evaluate financial situation and efficiency of the company. Collectively, I can say, that NEDFORM, s.r.o., is well off in the entrepreneurial environment.
