Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the application of requirements for the quality of supplies in business practice, analysis of the method of supplier evaluation, and the possibility of improving this evaluation in a company engaged in the production of exhaust systems for the automotive industry. One of the important steps for elaboration is the study of professional literature related to the chosen topic, analysis of the current process of purchasing materials, application of requirements for the quality of supplies, identification of weaknesses in supplier evaluation, and proposing ways to eliminate them.
