Moravská Ostrava - objemová štúdia priestranstva nárožia ulice Šubertova a Hollarova

Abstract

The bachelor thesis presents design of the building in a free gap on the corneer of Hollarova and Subertova street. The building will have 4 floors, where the first floor will serve for public use, upper floors will serve for housing. There will be also a parking lot next to the building. The thesis is conducted within the scope of specific studies, solves static traffic, typological proposal and takes into account the requirements for barrier-free use of buildings. Part of this work is focused on calculation of static traffic and calculation of total cost.
