Abstract

The object of the Bachelor Thesis is to elaborate the use of undeveloped gap on the corner of Suberotova- Hollarova in Moravska Ostrava to built in one or more multifunctional houses according to urban surroundings. The study solves four variant design multifunctional building, which process limits of its future use, segmentation and integration into existing buildings.

The result of this thesis is to designa breakdown gap to two multifunctional buildings and their associated areas, traffic and engineering attendance, typological solutions of all floors and economic evaluation. Thesis involves the calculation of static traffic and the calculation of structures.
