Abstract

Presented diploma thesis aims to project documentation for building construction "Leisure center Velké Losiny". Leisure center is designed as free floors building with two overground storeys and an underground storey, with a flat roof, which partially consists of multipurpose playground. The goal of this project was to design a public facility aiming to serve an entire population of a smaller city, with regard to its various age groups. The object involves a play hall for the youngest, several schoolrooms and an atelier suitable for running clubs and classes and a table tennis hall. Further, it contains a spacious hall equipped with a stage suitable for small shows, concerts, dancing lessons and movement trainings. Thesis contains a technical report processed according to the annex no. 6 to Notice no. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment no. 62/2013 Coll. about documentation of buildings, drawings for building construction, heat technical assessment peripheral construction and energy label.
