Abstract

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the significance of trademark, its function and rights characteristic. Further, responsibility is determined resulting from trademark right´s violence. The thesis involves the questionnaire, by which the public have been questioned whether it is informed on trademark, reasons for its rights violence or how the public accept authorities´ acting. Last part of the thesis includes proposals for such regulation, which could help to lower trademark right´s violence.
