Požadavky na provedení požárních a evakuačních výtahů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of firefighters and evacuation lifts in the Czech Republic. The first chapter gives types of lifts including the description of the main components, the history of the development and the legislative requirements. The second chapter discusses the requirements for installation of a lift into a construction in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. The third chapter is divided into three parts. The first part describes in sub-chapters individual requirements for evacuation lifts. The second part summarizes the requirements for firefighters lifts. The third part describes the design of cable line. The fourth chapter evaluates the fire resistance of lift components, constructions and cable routes according to the layout of the building. The fifth chapter characterizes a firefighter operation in a high-rise building and the tactics used. In addition it summarizes the requirements on water supplies during the fire. Appendix 1 compares the requirements for firefighters lifts defined by the Czech standard with the requirements defined by the North American standard. The appendix 2 presents the technical-tactical data of some characteristic buildings equipped with the firefighters lift.
