Abstract

The diploma thesis Analysis of Employees' Recruitmet, Selection and Adaptation Process in a Selected Institute describes selected personnel operations in a institute and presents recommendations and proposals based on expert literature. The theoretical part of the thesis is dealing with the introduction of the field of human resources management, human resources and then more specifically with the most important personnel operations. The practical part describes the current situation of processes at the institute according to structured interviews and a questionnaire research. Based on the information obtained, the thesis presents in the last part recommendations and proposals for the adjustment of selected personnel operations.
