Aplikace plánovaného experimentu v procesu lakování

Abstract

This thesis solves the topic application of method Design of Experiment in coating process of components on printed circuit boards in automotive electronics manufacturing. There are describe theoretical bases of the problem concretely the theory of Desing of Experiment it‘s history procedure for application and so more in the first part of the thesis. Generally was introduced the mounting technology of printed circuit boards and explained the coating process. In the practical part was described company which processes and assembles PCBs into the final key for cars. In the next part was described team problem-solving methods which helped us selected input factors applied to experiment in the particular condition of the company. Based on the selected factors and their levels was experiment conducted while recording the results of individual sub-attempts. There are evaluated the results of the experiment and recommended setting specific parameters of the coating proces in the final part of the thesis.
