Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is "Competitive Analysis of Brand Positron on the Market for Outdoor Navigation Devices". Its aim is to determine the market position of Garmin products to compete in geocaching project. On this basis, it can also identify the specific manufacturers and models, navigational instruments represented in the project and establish user preferences navigation owners. Any suggestions, recommendations, solutions and knowledge are applied to the Picodas PLC, company's exclusive sales representative Garmin in the Czech Republic, the official distributor of this brand and portal operator www.garmin.cz.
