Posouzení vhodnosti místního vodovodu k požárnímu zabezpečení obce

Abstract

Požární zabezpečení obce je jedna ze základních povinností samosprávy. Tuto povinnost lze splnit ze zdrojů vody přirozeného původu nebo z víceúčelového zdroje požární vody, kterým jsou místní vodovody. Pro tyto potřeby jsou na místním vodovodu osazeny armatury vhodné pro použití k požárním účelům. Pro správné fungování těchto prvků, jimiž jsou zpravidla hydranty, výtokové stojany, je zapotřebí, aby byl místní vodovod dostatečně dimenzován a splňoval hydraulické parametry. Současně musí mít místní vodovod využívaný k požárnímu zabezpečení území vhodný a spolehlivý zdroj vody z vodárenské soustavy nebo z vlastního, zpravidla podzemního, zdroje vody. Následující bakalářská práce se v základním rozsahu zabývá uvedenou problematikou. Práce se zabývá možnostmi rizik, které by mohly místní vodovod ohrozit nebo vyřadit z provozu obecně. Následně je tato práce zaměřena na místní vodovod obce Střítež nad Bečvou, u kterého bylo změřeno hydraulická spolehlivost s kapacitním průtokem na vytipovaných hydrantech a zhodnocena rizika pro daný vodovod, která mohou zapříčinit vyřazení tohoto požárního zdroje vody.

My bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of fire secure. This is the main task for a local administration. This obligation is being accomplished by using the water from local natural sources or from the versatile source of fire water which are the local watermains. Because of these needs there is fitting fixed in the local sources. This fitting is suitable for using when there are fire purposes. Due to the right working of these, there is need to have the right fullfilling and the watermains have to accomplish hydraulic parameters. These are mostly hydrants, outlet stands. At the same time the watermaining must have the reliable source of water to protect local place. It must be water from local places or from water engeneering. My thesis deals with the possibility of the risks that can cause damage of the locat watermains or they can endanger it generaly. My bachelor´s thesis is also focused on the main tasks of the watermains of a village Střítež nad Bečvou. There was a measuring of the hydraulic reliability of a capacity flowing and the risks which can cause the damage of the watermains were also evaluated.
