Location: Ostrava, VSB - Technical university of Ostrava (VSB - TUO), Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture Date: 2024 Number of Pages: 65 The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of residential development and the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house on plot no. 3925/6 in the cadastral area of Horní Těrlicko, according to decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation for construction. The basis for the preparation of the bachelor thesis is an architectural study from the subject Architectural Design I (Design of a family house, semi-detached house, or row house in the area: "Horní Těrlicko") – academic year 2021/2022, winter semester, supervised by Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká. This study was subsequently revised in the subject Architectural Design V – academic year 2023/2024, winter semester, supervised by doc. Ing. arch. Eva Špačková, Ph.D., and with the assistance of consultant in civil engineering, doc. Ing. Miloslav Bagoňa, Ph.D., was processed into the level of project documentation for building permit. The bachelor thesis includes project documentation of the construction and a textual part with accompanying, summary, and technical reports relating to the solved object and plot. Attachments contain drawing documentation of the solved object and architectural processing depicted through views and visualizations.
