Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the Analysis of the Employer Image on the Dairy Market. The aim of the research is to analyze attitudes and behaviour of current and potential employees. Using a questionnaire survey was found where people seek for employment most frequently, what are the most important work benefits for them, how satisfied they are in the company and what an attractive employer should look like. Overall perception of the company image by potential and current employees was also analyzed. The results were evaluated by a statistical program and their possible usages were suggested.
