Abstract

Social Business is a kind of business which is created just not only for primary goal production of profit. But the core of this business is creating an additive value for society and achieving a minimal independent sustainable profit. This profit is used like a tool of further development entrepreneurial activities. I would like to focus on the social additive business in field of support of the individual freelancers and the small entrepreneur in my thesis. The aim of work is create a marketing plan for potential new co-working centre which will be focused on small entrepreneurs, freelancers and possibly active people working without background. All this should base on figure out precise needs of target group. The equipment and services precisely fit in users of co-working centrum. By this step the project would gain bigger competitiveness and to fill the hole out on the market. All of this would be directly as marketing activity of the new establish co-working centrum. All thesis will be divided into two main parts, the first evaluate the situation held on market of co-working centres. The second should contain the draft of concrete strategy and activities for the new establish co-working centre. The reason why I decided this topic because of I truly believe the area bring society added value indeed. There is an opportunity to stabilize and develop the space on market as by way of new incoming trend in business. Personally I´m close to this theme thanks to my network of contact and I would like to act there in future.
