Degradace léčiv a pesticidů v akvaponickém systému

Abstract

The diploma thesis describes the degradation of drugs and pesticides in the aquaponic system, which connects fish farming with hydroponic plant cultivation. In addition to fish and plants, the system also contains a large number of microorganisms, which are involved in the metabolism of substances contained in water. Maintaining the health of fish and plants is important for the proper functioning of the system. The drugs used to treat fish and insecticides to reduce pests on plants must be carefully chosen because recirculation of water between aquaculture and hydroponics can lead to water contamination and the undesirable accumulation of these substances in fish or plants. For these reasons, the quality of the water in the aquaponics must be carefully controlled and it is essential to ensure the timely removal of pollutants from the water. This work is focused on testing the possibilities of removing added drugs and insecticides from water using the present microorganisms and the root zone wastewater treatment in the hydroponic part of the system. To detect these substances was chosen the method of high performance liquid chromatography with mass detection.
