Abstract
This bachelor thesis is composed of introduction, free chapters, a conclusion and an annex. The first chapter contains a term related to the operation a technical services of municipality. They are given responsibilities in the administration of municipality and services which must operators ensure that the administration and operation of municipal property. The next are specified businesses and organizations which services are provided. The second chapter is a practical focus on the specific organization which represent Technical Services Opava, Inc. The last chapter deals with the comparison of individual economic and legal forms, which may include providing technical services in municipality. The aim is to example of Technical Services Opava, Inc. evaluace whether this form of operation of technical services in municipality appropriate form of providing services in municipality.
