Abstract

Education is one of the important branches of the public sector which produces mainly public goods and decisively contributes to the cultivation of human potential. Its level is then reflected in the level of economic development of the country. Approximately 80% of the money spent on education in the Czech Republic is used to finance regional schools that form the basis of the educational system pyramid. The problem of legal entities which can establish educational facilities in level of local governments is theoretically analysed in the work. The management school legal person Primary and Nursery School Údolí Desné, Družstevní 125, 788 14 Rapotín is described and analysed in the practical part.
