Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is comparing cost and yield, afterwards evaluation of the economic out-turn of Charity Prostějov in 2009 - 2013. After the traditional first introductory chapter is followed by the second, only the theoretical chapter delimiting the national economy and the nonprofit sector in it. The third and fourth chapters are the practical part. In the third chapter is performed an analysis of particular activities of Charity Prostějov. The fourth chapter is evaluating economic out-turn for particular years. In this part I fulfill the objective of the bachelor thesis. Part of the bachelor thesis is the questionnaire, which aims to find out the attitudes of the citizens from and around Prostejov, towards the activites of charitable and humanitarian organizations, and how they support these organizations.
