Abstract

This essay is focused on Strategicc analysis of the Competitive Environment. The purpose of this essey is to analyze the competitors, make out the SWOT analysis and propose the solutions for sale´s volume increase. The purpose of this essey is to bring in possible procedures supporting the appliance´s sale and to bring is procedures for sale increase. In chapter one I am describing company VÚHŽ (Research institute of metallurgy and iron), it´s history and present and I am mentioning the product range of the engineering metallurgy divission. In the theoretical part I was focused on strategic planning questions and I am analysing marketing mix and SWOT analysis. In the practical part I have worked out the Market and SWOT analysis. At the conclusion, I recomend the company to focuse especially to the Polish and Turkish market and I have proposed the next possible recomendation to reach the higher sales.
