Vývoj mocností pokryvných útvarů karbonských sedimentů v české části hornoslezské pánve a jejím blízkém okolí

Abstract

This work encompasses the development of sedimentary cover thickness in the area of posterosive paleorelief in the Czech Part of the Upper Sillesian Basin, Opava Basin and north part of Carpathian Foredeep. Input data was compiled from deeper borehole profiles. The first part provides background research, it summaries observation of geological developement of litostratigraphic units of the area of interest. The second part deals with the methodology of map making. These maps focus on autochtone deposit of Karpatian and Badenian. The main output of this thesis are therefore maps, which describe the areal distribution and thickness of the above-mentioned units.
